Retention Periods
We retain your data as long as you are our client. This means we keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you inform us of this, we will also treat it as a forget request. This also means we will not retain your data for more than two years after the last contact or transaction unless a legal justification applies. Your Rights
Under the applicable Dutch and European legislation, you have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by us or on our behalf. Below we explain which rights these are and how you can invoke them. In principle, we only send copies and transcripts of your data to your email address already known to us. If you wish to receive the data at another email address or, for example, by post, we will ask you to identify yourself. We keep a record of completed requests, and in the case of a forget request, we process anonymous data. All copies and transcripts of data are provided in a machine-readable format used by our systems. You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you suspect we are misusing your personal data.
