Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it may happen that an order gets damaged during transport or something else occurs that allows you to claim warranty. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls under the warranty, we will take care of the repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
It is always possible that something doesn’t go as planned. We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by emailing algemeen@rpm3d.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not being handled elsewhere, you are free to file it via the European Union platform.
